Talamaya Agricultural has 6 conventional cold storage rooms with a storage capacity of 900 bins each. These rooms are designed to store the fruit before their distribution to national markets, specifically to Lo Valledor, or for international export.
Talamaya has a PRODOL apple processing line with two lanes, which includes:
• Hydro-dip system for dumping fruits into a water channel.
• Processing line: washing, waxing, and drying tunnel.
• Electronic calibrator.
• 4 output lines.
